衣新发博士，陕西师范大学教授
陕西师范大学教授、北京师范大学2011研究员，现代教学技术教育部重点实验室“教学心理与创造性”研究室主任，中国基础教育质量监测协同创新中心陕师大分中心副主任，恩贝克特国际教育创新联盟执行主席兼总秘书长、陕西省教育考试与评价研究会创客教育分会副会长兼学术委员会主任。柏林自由大学博士, 清华大学博士后，美国康涅狄格大学和约翰·霍普金斯大学高级研究学者。他在国际上首次提出了创造力的文化金字塔模型和创新人才的六种心智理论，并开展了系列实证研究。在Thinking Skills and Creativity, Creativity Research Journal, Journal of Creative Behavior和《心理学报》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文50多篇、出版中英文专著和译著共4部，中小学教材22部。英文著作于2012年在德意志西南高等研究出版社出版。衣新发教授是“文化、教育与创造力论坛”创会主席（2010年1月至今）。他的研究成果获得朱智贤心理学奖和陕西省高校自然科学、人文社会科学研究优秀成果一等奖等奖励，指导的学生代表队荣获DI创新思维中国区总决赛一等奖，教学成果获得陕西省高等教育教学成果特等奖和基础教育教学成果一等奖。
Dr. Yi Xinfa received his Ph.D. from the Free University of Berlin and conducted his post-doctoral studies at Tsinghua University. He worked as Senior Researcher in the University of Connecticut and Johns Hopkins University. As a research officer of the Chinese Basic Education Monitor’s Collaborative Innovation Center in 2011, he also served as the Deputy Head of the Branch Office in Shaanxi Normal University. He is also the Head of the research office of ‘Educational Psychology and Creativity’, which is one of the key laboratories of the Modern Teaching Technology department of the Chinese National Ministry of Education. He is also a Professor at the Teacher Proficiency Development Center at Shaanxi Normal University and an advisor for Master’s degree students. Dr. Yi is the deputy Secretary of Collaborative Group of Creativity Research in China, a key member of the Innovative Intelligence Introduction Base (2016-2020) of the ‘Idea Bank of Human Resources Cultivation for the Western Urban Country Area’, a member of the Association of International Multicultural Psychology and the 10th Branch Association of American Psychology Association, a senior member of China Psychology Association, and member of the China Research Committee on the Methodology of Creativity.
