宋永成博士，陕西师范大学教授

历史学博士。现任陕西师大历史文化学院副教授，硕士生导师；教育硕士导师；陕西师大犹太历史文化研究所所长；民革陕西省委教育委员会副主任；中国苏联东欧史研究会常务理事、中国第二次世界大战史研究会理事、民革中央孙中山研究会理事；《中国教师报》西北课改名校共同体秘书长；海南伏羲研究院研究员。在《世界历史》、《世界民族》等刊物发表论文10多篇。近年来一直致力于西北地区新课改的研究和推广工作，先后组织召开了西北地区首届新课改课堂教学模式研讨会（2011）、西北地区首届中小学导学案大赛及导学案培训会（2012）、西北地区首届中小学课改学习小组建设与评价培训会（2013）、西北地区首届“中国好课堂”大赛（2014）、西北地区首届中小学课堂博览会（2015）、首届西北教育创新高峰论坛（2016）、西北课改名校共同体校长论坛暨西北课改名师展示会（2016）、“西北课改名校开放周”大型公益活动（2017）、西北地区首届小学课改名师大赛及西北课改名校共同体小学课改联盟成立大会（2018）、西北课改名校共同体首届科技艺术节暨课堂教学展示会（2018），推出了一批中小学课改名校和课改示范区；在全国各地做过多场课改报告。同时，也是国内最早在大学进行课改的教师之一。先后荣获陕西省高等教育教学成果特等奖（2015）、第十届陕西省基础教育教学成果奖一等奖（2017）、第五届全国教育改革创新优秀奖（2017）、国家级高等教育教学成果奖一等奖（2018）、首届陕西高校课堂教学创新大赛一等奖（2018）等多项奖励。

Dr. Song Yongcheng received his Ph.D. in History. He currently serves as an associate professor and master’s degree supervisor in the School of History and Culture at Shaanxi Normal University. He has also been the Director of the Institute of Jewish History and Culture at Shaanxi Normal University; Deputy director of the Education Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the People's Revolution; Standing director of the China-USSR Eastern European History Research Association, Director of the China Second World War Research Association, a director of  the Sun Yat-sen Research Association, Secretary-General of the northwest division of the renamed school community of China Teacher’s Bulletin, and a Fellow of the Fuxi Research Institute in Hainan. Song has published more than 10 papers in the journals of World History and World Nationalities. In recent years, he has devoted himself to researching and promoting curriculum reform in Northwest China. He organized the first seminar on classroom teaching under the new curriculum reform in Northwest China (2011), the first Northwest China Primary and Secondary Schools Guidance Case Competition and Guidance Case Training Conference (2012), the first Northwest China Primary and Secondary Schools Learning Group Construction and Evaluation Training Conference (2013), the first Northwest China Good Classroom Competition (2014), the First Classroom Exposition of Primary and Secondary Schools in Northwest China (2015), the First Northwest Educational Innovation Summit Forum (2016), the Community Principal Forum of theNorthwest China Curriculum Renewal Schools and the Northwest China Curriculum Renewal Teachers Exhibition (2016), the Open Week of Northwest China Curriculum Renewal Schools (2017), the First Primary School Renewal Teachers Competition in Northwest China and the Northwest China Curriculum Renewal Schools Joint Science and Technology Art Festival and Classroom Teaching Exhibition (2018), and the Founding Conference of the Sports Primary School Curriculum Reform Alliance (2018). He launched a number of schools and demonstration zones for curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools, and made many reports on curriculum reform throughout the country. At the same time, Song is also one of the first educators who carried out curriculum reform in Chinese universities. Song has won the Shaanxi Higher Education Teaching Achievement Prize (2015), the 10th Shaanxi Basic Education Teaching Achievement Prize (2017), the 5th National Education Reform and Innovation Excellence Prize (2017), the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award (2018), and the Shaanxi University Classroom Teaching Innovation Competition (2018).
