白红爱博士，中美教育研究协会北京分会会长

上海复旦大学语言学博士，美国科罗拉多大学北京(中国农业大学)国际学院任学业指导，美国纽约韩国教育文化中心副主席，任美国纽约长岛大学英语系和外语系，新泽西州立罗格斯大学客座教授，曾多年担任纽约长岛大学国际学生处学术指导主任。有着在美留学生的招生、移民、学术、实习就业等多方面的指导经验。学术研究主要集中在跨文化交流，语篇分析，诗歌翻译等方面并发表了数本中国古典诗歌的英译著作，以及跨文化交际方面的学术文章。近年来，她在美国各大学的国际学生处、学业指导中心等部门任职，有着针对在美留学的国际学生多年的指导经验。

Dr. Leslie Bai received her PhD in Linguistics from Fudan University. She has worked as Senior Academic Advisor/Student Affairs Specialist at the Beijing International College of the University of Colorado at Denver, vice president of New York Korea Center for Education and Culture, adjunct professor of the English and Foreign Language Departments of Long Island University, a visiting professor at Rutgers University, and Director of Academic Support for the International Student Office at Long Island University. She has many years’ experience in advising international students in the US from recruiting and immigration, to academics, internship, and career. Her research is mainly focused on intercultural communication, discourse analysis, and poetry translation.
